Refund policy

This refund policy would serve as an agreement between DEDE’SIGNATURE, and it’s ever valued customers to inform it’s users on the strictly placed policies regarding products delivered based on the previously assured basis of quality
We only offer a refund policy strictly based on the damage of goods delivered. We do not offer refunds on personal cancellations of orders without a warranted reason.

If a fault is discovered in our products, you could send us an e-mail, notifying us of the damaged products, we would reply as soon as we can. Once your complaint has been attended to and processed, we would send you an email notifying you, stating if your request has been accepted or rejected.

If approved, your return would be approved with you receiving an automatic refund as soon as possible. Note that your return would be sent following your previous mode of payment.

N. B: Once your order is received, thoroughly inspect immediately to ensure your satisfaction with the products as a default can only be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We have a concise time frame available to report faulty items and would appreciate it if they are done ASAP to prevent unnecessary deliberations with our customers.
If our products do not exceed or measure up to your expectations, clients would be obliged to return all paid expenses on the original product returned in its untampered packaging for full refund.

How long is DEDE'SIGNATURE shipping and processing?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days during non-sales and 7-10 business days during launches, sales and holidays. 

Once an order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification by email which can help you track the estimated delivery.

Does DEDE'SIGNATURE ship worldwide?
We do ship worldwide but if you are having issues checking out, please send us an email at support@dedesignature.com

Are DEDE'SIGNATURE products VEGAN and CRUELTY FREE?
Yes, Our products are Vegan and Cruelty free. We do not test our products on animals.
I Received A Damaged Product What Do I Do?
Please send us an email at support@dedesignature.com with the following requirements:
  • Name and order number
  • Photos of the damaged
  •  A photo of the damaged product (s) MUST BE emailed to us within 5 days of your package showing delivered via tracking.
  • If product is confirmed damaged from your provided information, Our team will make sure to refund or replace depending on the current situation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Dede'Signature is not responsible for damaged packages that were shipped through a third-party shipping agent and/or forwarding service. We ship via USPS and UPS, and when they deliver to a third-party service to transport to you, they are no longer responsible for the shipment, as they can’t be certain the damage occurred directly from them. You would have to contact the forwarding service you used, in order to file a claim.
